Shipping & Delivery   For products that are in stock, we ship within 24-72 hours from the time you place your order.  All in-stock orders are shipped Ground Service UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS).  Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.  If, for some reason, you prefer to use a different shipper, please contact us at sales@innovativeprobiotics.com, or by phone at (855) 268-9966, and we will obtain a quote for the shipping charge. When your order is shipped, you will be provided a tracking number which you can use to track the location of the package and see the scheduled day of delivery. If your order qualifies for FREE Shipping, but your order also contains one or more ineligible items, you'll be charged shipping fees for those ineligible items.  Canceling items, combining orders, or changing your shipping address, speed, or preference might affect your order's eligibility for FREE Shipping.  Weekend delivery may not be available.  We may use a variety of carriers to deliver orders, and some do not deliver on weekends. For multiple shipping addresses, a separate shipping-and-handling charge will be charged based on the products ordered and the shipping addresses. Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy  The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times: Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock. Products that are not normally stocked, bulk items, or special ordered items. Items requiring special attention in adherence to legal and/or delivery service guidelines. Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please let us know.  Tracking information is provided via email for most orders.  On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than yourself.  This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager.  Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If, for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us. Recycled Packaging We recognize the importance of practicing the 3 Rs: Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.  With this as part of our philosophy, much of our packing and shipping materials are from recycled sources to reduce waste.

Privacy & Security   This privacy policy identifies the type of information OCCU-TEC, its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, "OCCU-TEC"), collects from its customers using our website (www.innovativeprobiotics.com)  and how OCCU-TEC uses this information.  Your use of this website may also be governed by other terms and conditions contained on separate user agreements.  If you have any questions about this policy, or the manner in which OCCU-TEC uses personal information, we encourage you to contact us at sales@innovativeprobiotics.com. Use of Customer Information OCCU-TEC respects the privacy of its customers and takes steps to prevent unauthorized disclosure of customer information to third parties.  Customer information includes any and all information received by OCCU-TEC from its customers, whether such information is received by email, online forms, telephone, facsimile, mail or otherwise. OCCU-TEC stores this information to enable it to fulfill orders or to improve the level of service to its Customers.  OCCU-TEC also shares certain personal and/or financial information with its merchant account and banking vendors to process orders and payments and with common carriers to ship products to you. Unless required by law or by court order, OCCU-TEC will not disclose, share or sell any customer information to any other third party without your prior authorization.  Unless otherwise stated, this privacy policy does not apply to information posted by users to publicly accessible portions of our websites, including but not limited to, online forums, bulletin boards, dealer listings or online auction services. Security OCCU-TEC is committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to us, and we maintain commercially reasonable procedures and technology designed for this purpose.   This website has reasonable technical and organizational security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control.  However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures.  Although we cannot guarantee that our systems are 100% secure 100% of the time, we periodically update and test our technology in order to improve the protection of customer information. We suggest that you install anti-virus software on your computer and routinely check for viruses, keyloggers, spyware and other programs that may become installed on your computer without your permission.  If you believe that you have received a virus from OCCU-TEC, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may take remedial measures to remove the virus. OCCU-TEC does not send emails to customers requesting billing, login or password information.  If you receive an email purporting to be from OCCU-TEC that asks you to provide personal or account information, or login and passwords, do not provide such information unless you have first verified that the website or email is from OCCU-TEC.  Such emails may be fraudulent and used in connection with scams known as phishing.  OCCU-TEC asks that you report any suspicious emails or websites to OCCU-TEC.

Returns & Replacements   Your satisfaction with every purchase is very important to us.  If you are dissatisfied with a product you ordered from us, we will exchange it or credit your account (excluding shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase.  If a refund is requested, there is a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded. A copy of the purchase invoice must be included with the returned product. Exceptions: Books and human health concentrates cannot be returned. SCD Probiotics Mother Cultures™, All Seasons Indoor Composter™ Kit products, all human health concentrates, SCD Bio Ag®, SCD Bio Klean™, SCD Odor Away™, and SCD Bio LIvestock® products must be unopened and returned in original packaging. You are responsible for all costs associated with return of the product to us and we will not pay or reimburse any associated costs.  OCCU-TEC accepts no responsibility for loss or damage occurring in transit.  If a product is not returned in the original unopened packaging, it may be returned to you at your cost.

Ordering   Ordering from InnovativeProBiotics.com is easy.  Simply navigate to a product's web page, choose the correct product, if applicable, select any of the desired product options (i.e., size) found on the product options drop down list and click ADD TO CART.  Your shopping cart will be displayed after each item is added so that you can review your order.  When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, select the SECURE CHECKOUT button and complete checkout stages 1 (customer information), 2 (shipping and payment selection) and 3 (payment information.)  After Placing an Order After placing your order, an automated email confirmation containing your order information, will be sent to the email address you entered in the billing information.  Next, we may contact you by phone to confirm your order. When your order is shipped, a confirmation email containing your order's tracking information will be sent to the email address you entered in the shipping information (if different than your billing email address).

Payment, Pricing & Promotions    OCCU-TEC will strive to keep prices on this website updated and accurate, but we still reserve the right to change prices at any time.  We are not responsible for typographical errors. Orders placed at www.innovativeprobiotics.com may be paid by MasterCard, Visa, or American Express.  Existing OCCU-TEC clients may opt for purchase orders with prior authorization.
